Refund Policy

All products sold by Be Mandy Things are final sale — I do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

Digital Products 

All digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Duplicate Digital Purchases

All digital product sales are final due to the immediate delivery and access to digital files.

As a limited exception, if you purchase the exact same digital product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate purchase within 7 calendar days of the duplicate order date. To be eligible, both orders must be placed using the same email address so they can be verified as belonging to the same customer.

To request a refund for a duplicate purchase, email amanda@bemandythings.com with both order numbers. Once the duplicate purchase is verified, the price paid for the second (duplicate) order, including any applicable tax charged on that item, will be refunded to the original payment method. If a discount code was used on either order, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid on the duplicate order.

Refund requests received more than 7 calendar days after the duplicate order date will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing their previous purchases before placing a new order.

A product included in a bundle is not considered a duplicate of that product previously purchased individually. Bundles, collections, special offers, and other multi-product purchases are separate products and are not eligible for partial refunds on the basis that they contain an item previously purchased.

This duplicate-purchase exception does not otherwise modify or waive the final-sale policy for digital products.

Physical Products 

Occasionally I offer physical products. All physical product sales are also final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at amanda@bemandythings.com with a photo and your order details and I'll make it right.

EU Customers: 

In accordance with EU consumer rights law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw.
