Refund Policy
All products sold by Be Mandy Things are final sale — I do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.
Digital Products All digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Physical Products Occasionally I offer physical products. All physical product sales are also final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at amanda@bemandythings.com with a photo and your order details and I'll make it right.
EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw.
