This pouch was made for Poppie Cotton’s My Darling Deer fabric tour — a chance to showcase what this dreamy woodland collection can become. Made using the Frankie Zipper Pouch pattern, it features deer, birds, and delicate florals in lavender, dusty blue, blush, and soft purple, finished with a sweet flower zipper pull.
Extra love went into this one — the deer were fussy cut to show off the print at its very best. If you know, you know how much patience that takes.
The kind of pouch you’ll want to keep on your vanity just to look at it — but practical enough to use every single day.

this pattern was very well written and easy to follow. Since purchasing last week I have made 4 Joanne tote bags!
This was a fun and quick little project. I even found unique fabric for the stripes: the white has the words to The Star Spangled Banner printed on it (also in white so only faintly visible) and the red has pinwheels on it!
It solved my baggy linings and explained the different interfacings. Love it!
